GIVE CREDENCE to the Power You Are
A guide to:
*Understanding who You are
*Releasing negative beliefs and emotions
*Intentional manifesting
Universal truths have always been available to us. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Sometimes teachers or teachings appear before we are ready for them. If You find yourself not interested in this material, it might have come your way in order to plant a tiny seed in your mind, which may lie dormant for a bit until divine timing causes it to germinate with curiosity as well as a strong desire to satisfy that curiosity. If You read this guide and it inspires You now to seek more, it is your time.
This guide is to help people who are searching for relief from emotional suffering and have a desire to create a more joyful life. One can study and learn as much as possible about universal truths and how to apply them but without actually and steadfastly applying what is learned there will be little to no change in the way You feel about yourself, others and, consequently, how You experience life.
I Am
The universe is a single consciousness, a power that we are all an emanation of. We are not and cannot be separated from it just as the white of a potato cannot be separated from the potato. The reason we cannot be separated from this single superconsciousness is because we are it – just as the rays of sun are the sun. We are all the One consciousness, the universe, having infinite unique experiences of itself through our individual minds and bodies. We each have a sense of ourselves which is not connected to our body or our physical experience on Earth. This is the sense of ‘I Am’. Although this ‘I Am’ feels as if it’s unique to ourselves, in truth each one of us experiences the same ‘I Am’ because there is only one ‘I Am’. The ‘I Am’ that You sense is the exact same ‘I Am’ that everyone else senses. After realizing this truth, there may be an aha moment when remembering the golden rule of ‘Treat Others As You Would Have Them Treat You’… because they are You.
Religious and spiritual teachings tell us faith is necessary to experience the depth of guidance and support available to us at all times, yet historically society (including both the religious and spiritual sectors) often displays behavior contradicting this beautiful truth. Children absorb and adopt the fearful beliefs and behaviors they hear, see and sense in their environment. Consequently they become fearful adults who have never fully experienced themselves as this power which is completely void of fear. We have been unintentionally, sometimes intentionally, hoodwinked into believing:
1. We have little control over what happens in our lives.
2. Others are the cause of our emotions and we are therefore
at the mercy of the outside world when it comes to how we feel
emotionally.
3. We are at the mercy of our genes when it comes to our health
4. We require a high education, high intelligence, luck or a particular
pedigree to have or deserve a life of financial abundance or we have
to work hard to earn financial abundance.
5. We are not more than what we appear to be.
The True You
The true You -Big You – is nonphysical consciousness/awareness/the universe. You not only have awareness, You are awareness itself. Another way to say this is You are a soul or a soul consciousness. You do not have a soul, as if your soul is an invisible pal waiting in the wings ready to cheer You on and then somehow takes your place when your body dies. You are a soul having a human experience. Consciousness, awareness, the universe, a soul – it doesn’t really matter what the label is given to who You are. You can be labeled a chicken or a broom and it won’t change You. The true You is the blissful, silent stillness that is always observing without judgment and without opinions or preferences.
The 3D physical world consists of:
*All that can be perceived with the five senses
*Thoughts and Beliefs
*Emotions
You are not your: body, thoughts, emotions, persona, name, age, gender, label/title within your family (or community, workplace, society or your mind). These are all a collection of beliefs which are part of the makeup of the ego – little you. Fear, lack and separation are also egoic beliefs. The true You is not anything that can die or be: lost, changed, diminished or increased because you are always whole and complete.
You have taken on (or some may view it as having been gifted) a physical mind and body that You use as tools to have a totally immersive physical experience. As much as it seems the voice and thoughts in your mind are You, they aren’t You and You don’t create them. Your body is worn by You like a costume and You animate it but it also is not You.
In addition to the 5 physical senses most of us have, we also have many nonphysical senses that we are aware of – such as the sense of self, presence, life purpose, knowingness as well as space, direction, time and of course HUMOR! There are other nonphysical senses that some people are more aware and accepting of than others. Some of these are a sense of connection to everything, intuition, their greater guiding consciousness and themselves as infinite and permanent.
Think of your true self as a ball of bright, bright light. This light is pure Love. Love is not an emotion. Love is the state of being that You are. Peace, joy, bliss and complete neutrality (acceptance of all – no judgment whatsoever) are also states of being that You are. Aspects of the true You that are baked-in and cannot be changed are: worthiness, value, purpose, confidence, knowingness, completeness, significance, correctness, oneness, security, loveableness, wholeness and perfection. You are worthiness itself. You are confidence itself. You are peace itself and You are power itself.
Everyone, regardless of their infidelity to their true nature, is utter perfection. There is nothing You can think, believe, say or do that will have even the minutest affect on who You truly are. You cannot experience any thought that makes You more or less worthy. You cannot say anything to make You more or less valuable. You cannot do anything to make You more or less lovable. We walk around trying to be good, worthy, deserving and loveable by doing and saying things we believe will make us so. We may beat ourselves up when we are unkind, for example, believing it has diminished our worthiness, goodness, etc. when all along there is no connection! This isn’t an encouragement to not act lovingly or kindly because it has no effect on the fundamental You – instead it is a suggestion to not beat yourself up for unloving or unkind past behavior towards yourself and others. Actions always reflect our strongest beliefs of ourselves and the more You realize your own divinity, the more your actions will reflect that. You will no longer feel as though You are trying to be loving and kind toward others and yourself, You will just be that way naturally, without thought or effort.
One way to think of it is like this:
You have a perfect and stunning painting. You don’t see perfection so You decide to add something to it in an attempt to make it perfect. You put a piece of chewing gum in your mouth and start chewing. The painting doesn’t change. You add more and more gum to your mouth in the hopes that You will start to see the painting become more perfect. No amount of gum in your mouth changes it. You can’t make this perfect painting more perfect by chewing gum because, first, it’s already complete perfection and second, there’s no connection to chewing gum and the painting. Likewise, doing or not doing anything (or saying, thinking, believing anything) has zero effect on your perfection, worthiness or any other aspect of who You truly are because
1) You (as with the painting) are already perfect and complete and
2) There is no connection between anything You do (or think, believe,
say) and your perfection or any other aspect of who You truly
are.
You didn’t earn your complete wholeness and perfection. You were whole and perfect already at the point of creation.
The Earth Game
What is the purpose of the experience on Earth of forgetting who we are and taking on beliefs that aren’t serving us? Then shedding them and remembering who we really are? Ultimately could it be for the All to understand more of itself in order to expand? Is it simply for the joy of creating and Earth’s setup, with duality and ego, offers a unique way to create? Is it both – and more?
An infant’s brainwaves operate in the delta state, which is a deep sleep unconscious state, until around age 2. In this state a soul consciousness has a very very strong connection to the higher nonphysical mind and at the same time is adjusting to having a physical body.
From ages 2-7, the brain waves remain mainly in theta. Although the consciousness’s connection to the nonphysical is still strong, it slowly switches it’s main focus to the physical world. The theta state is a highly imaginative and programmable state. During this time children often see and communicate with energies that are unseen or not sensed by adults. Adults may confuse this phenomenon with believing the child is simply employing their imaginative state and teach the child just that. The child’s brain is like a sponge, taking in what they see and hear as absolute truth. The theta state is a perfect state for the development of ego. This is the time when a person’s main fear-based belief system is programmed as well as when they adopt the belief that there is nothing more than the reality we experience with our 5 physical senses. Many, many modern studies have been done showing the theta state is the fertile ground that creates our foundational belief system, but it’s hardly a modern concept. Some 2,000 years ago Aristotle understood this intuitively when he said ‘Give me a child until he is seven and I will show you the man’.
As we mature our brainwaves are predominantly alpha and beta. By this time the ego is well formed. Self analysis and the awakening process is most often begun as an adult.
Big You, Little You
The little you is the part of You that believes You are nothing more than a physical body and physical mind. The more You are zoomed in to your physical reality, the less You are aware of being more than just your physical body. Here is where fearful, unserving beliefs are adopted. Little you comes from a small and limited perspective of yourself. A limited self perspective experiences a small narrow mind with small narrow thoughts.
Big You, or the higher mind, is the real You. Big You knows more than little you, the physical mind, because it has a higher perspective. The higher mind is on a mountaintop and can see far and wide while little you is in the valley and can’t see too far ahead.
Little you is always connected to the higher mind/You. The connection may be strong or weak, but the connection is always there. The more present You are, the more You automatically come from a zoomed out perspective. The zoomed out perspective is where You experience more of the real You while in the physical world. This is the feeling of being in this world, but not of it. You sense You are the observer and everything going on around You cannot harm You.
If staying present takes effort, it is because unserving beliefs are taking space in your mind. The more unserving beliefs that are released, the more You will naturally be present and zoomed out.
You Are Power Itself!
You can easily live within the illusion of powerlessness, but nothing is further from the truth. Consciousness/the universe/You is power itself. As long as You exist, your power exists. In fact, You are so very powerful that when You believe You have very little or no power, You create a disempowered or powerless reality for yourself. It’s incredible that the power You are is so very powerful that You can create a powerless experience for yourself!
The concept of ‘empowering others’ can sometimes be misunderstood to mean giving power to another. It may behoove all of humanity to understand true empowerment. One cannot give power to another. On the flip side, the belief that we need others to give us power is what feeds the former. These views contribute to keeping us all living in the illusion of limitation. If one believes they can give power to another, they are also under the belief, whether consciously or not, that their own power comes from outside of them or their power could be taken from them. When we speak of empowering another it is absolutely crucial that we convey the truth that power is who/what we are and empowering another is to guide them to that truth. You cannot give power to or take power from anyone. You cannot give your own power away or have it stolen from you, ever, because You yourself are that very power. Are You not still here? Are You not always here? We can weaken our powerful selves with beliefs that don’t serve us. When we feel drained after spending time with another, for example, this person hasn’t drained us. The weakening of our power comes from a belief about ourselves that isn’t serving us in the highest way. A person who doesn’t carry undermining beliefs about themselves will not become weakened from spending time with anyone. The most effective thing we can do to empower others is encourage people to go within and realize a) No one can give, or take from them, power and b) Who they really are is power itself. We can offer information, encouragement, a platform and/or other means for this self realization. This is not giving power to anyone. It’s helping them realize their own power by looking within and seeing who they are already.
Energy in Motion
Everything is energy – everything. Physical matter, words, thoughts and emotions are all energy.
Energy vibrates at different frequencies. Thoughts, beliefs, words and emotions vibrate. You have the ability to feel energy vibrations within the body. This energy has been labeled ‘Energy in MOTION’ (EMOTION) and is your barometer and guide to help You become aware of your beliefs and perceptions in the physical world.
Positive, high vibrational energy/emotion feels comfortable, open, going towards, expanding, for, inviting, including and allowing.
Negative, lower vibrational energy/emotion feels uncomfortable, closed, away from, contracting, against, rejecting, excluding and resisting.
Neutrality is without emotion and has no lean towards or away, no preference for or against, has a sense of wholeness and holds the absolute accepting space for positive and negative energies to exist. Neutrality, or zero point, is the acceptance and allowance of all that is and is what universal Love is. True Love. You.
Most of us believe we are our emotions. When You feel the energy that has been labeled ‘anger’, for example, You believe You are angry – “I am angry!” This is absolutely not true. You are not your body. You are pure conscious awareness and are able to feel the energies moving within the body You occupy. When the energy of anger moves through the body, since You are not your body, You are not angry. You are simply aware of what this energy feels like in the body. Continuous awareness that emotions are merely energies felt in the body (which You are not) helps tremendously in transmuting negative emotions and beliefs.
Our Outside Reality Has No
Built-In Meaning Or Emotion
If life experiences had built-in emotion and meaning we would all experience everything the same way. We would all cry if an event was imbued with sadness. We would all laugh if an event was imbued with humor. We would all have the same thoughts about an event if it had built-in meaning.
How often do you think, say or hear something to the effect of ‘this book is sad’, ‘He made me angry’, ‘What happened was funny’, ‘Moving to a new state can be scary’, ‘This music is relaxing’, ‘This happened so it means this’, ‘She said this so it means that’. Statements like these come from a belief that situations have built meaning and people and situations are the cause of our emotions.
Contemplate these three scenarios:
*Three people are experiencing someone yelling at them. All three are treated the same way yet they each have a different emotional response. One Laughs, another cries and the third isn’t affected and has a ‘What evs’ attitude. How is this possible?
*Three people experience the death of their beloved pet. One feels relief, another feels sad and the third feels no emotion. How is this possible?
*Three people watch the sun go down. One person believes the day is ending and night is beginning. Another believes darkness is a continuation of day, just without light. The third believes there is no actual change in light, that it is our mind refusing to see the light when the sun goes down. How is this possible?
We can have different emotional reactions to the same events because our emotions are self induced and based on our unique perceptions, which are based on our unique belief system/programming.
It’s our prerogative to assign our own meanings to things because nothing has a built-in meaning. The meaning we assign is always based on our belief system.
When we change our beliefs/programming, our perceptions change. When our perceptions change we have different, or no, emotional reactions to things and meanings of things change.
Life is like an uncolored coloring book presented to each of us and we color it by our personal and collective beliefs. When we don’t like how we’ve colored it, or we get bored with the colors we’ve been choosing, we can change the colors anytime by changing or eliminating our beliefs.
Judgment
There Is No Good, Bad,
Right Or Wrong
We have duality on Earth – positive and negative energies. These energies are neither good or bad, they just are. Perceptions of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ are judgments. Judgments come from ego and not your true self. ‘Everything is as it is’ is the way your true self experiences everything because your true nature is an impartial observer of life. We have preferences, but not preferring something doesn’t inherently translate to ‘bad’. We’ve often been mistakenly taught to believe that things we don’t prefer (i.e. negative thoughts, words, emotions, behaviors and things or people) are bad. We may dislike some or all negativity, want no part of it and want it to not exist on our planet but this doesn’t make it bad. The mind holds a belief in the ‘badness’ of negativity and our trust in this belief is what makes negativity seem bad. A simple way to think of positive and negative energy as neither good or bad is by looking at a battery. There is a positive side and a negative side. We don’t view the positive side of the battery as ‘good’ and the negative side as ‘bad’. Both are necessary for the battery to work. The positive and negative aspects of life on Earth are necessary for duality. Duality creates an environment for us to see who/what we are not in order for us to experience who/what we are. It also helps us become clear on what we truly want to create by observing and experiencing what we don’t want to create.
The higher the perspective one holds, the easier it is to see that there are benefits to negativity. As touched on above, one benefit is that negativity shows us very clearly what we don’t want in our world, making the positivity that we do want to create more obvious. The drive to create what we want becomes much stronger after experiencing what we don’t want. Gratitude for positivity is much stronger after experiencing negativity. Another benefit of negativity is it gives us an opportunity to learn and practice forgiveness (see True Forgiveness). Forgiveness brings incredible freedom which, in turn, brings us a much more joyous Earthly experience by raising our vibration. The more people who experience joy regularly, the more the collective consciousness will expand. The more the collective consciousness expands, the more life on Earth will change towards what we prefer to experience here.
Right and wrong are generally used two ways:
a) good/bad (judgement) or
b) incorrect/correct (mistake or no mistake). Mistakes themselves are not judgements but the mind can add judgement to the idea of mistakes.
All Emotions Are Self Induced
Emotions Cannot Exist Without
Judgement
You are the power that directly affects the energy within your body to create an emotion. Your emotions are created only from your own judgments.
When You perceive something as ‘good’, You are not seeing it as it’s true natural state, but are judging it. This type of judgment causes the energy inside the body to change and it feels expanding and enjoyable. When You perceive something as ‘bad’, You are judging it also. This type of judgment also causes the energy inside the body to change. It feels contracting and, depending on the depth of the judgment, it can feel mildly uncomfortable to extremely painful and seemingly unbearable.
Being aware of negativity and experiencing a negative emotion do not have to go hand in hand. When You view negativity neutrally and truthfully, You won’t experience an emotion. When You give the negativity a bad judgment there will be a resulting negative emotion.
There is no person or thing that can cause You to feel a positive or negative emotion. No one can make You feel happy, excited, proud, powerful, courageous, embarrassed, angry, irritated, jealous, bored, frustrated, impatient, sad or any other emotion. This is impossible. Your emotions come only from your own judgments and nonacceptance of what You are experiencing. Three people can witness the same event and all three can have a different emotional reaction because the way they feel comes solely from their own perception/judgment of the event and not from the event itself.
All emotions are self induced – this is a liberating truth! You are the only power that creates your emotions! You are not at the mercy of the outside world when it comes to how you feel emotionally. This isn’t to say You should or shouldn’t feel the whole gamut of emotions. This is to say for those who choose to feel better emotionally – You are the power in charge. It’s always been You. Can it be a challenge to not judge in order to prevent a negative emotion? Yes, absolutely – seemingly impossible sometimes. Judging is normal (but not natural) to most of us. It’s learned thinking and takes effort to become aware of our judgments. When something happens that is not preferred and You decide You don’t want to feel a negative emotion, You have the option to either: accept what is at this very moment (not judge), try to change what You don’t prefer, or remove yourself from the person or situation.
Our intentions and beliefs are magnetic to thoughts that are in alignment (a vibrational match) with them. A belief will zero in on thoughts that support it in order to maintain it.
When we first experience a thought, it doesn’t cause an emotion on its own. When we add a judgment to the thought, an emotion is created. If someone has the thought ‘This is horrendous’ and no emotion follows, there is acceptance of the horrendousness of the situation. This doesn’t mean they prefer it or that they don’t sense the negative energy. It only means they’re not judging it. If there is a negative emotion present, it would be caused by a negative judgment of the situation.
Judging judgment is hypocrisy. This is not a suggestion to stop judgment. Many feel it absolutely necessary to judge the negative behavior in our world in order to make positive changes. We have been given free will to judge what we choose to judge and have every right to do so. This is simply to explain the mechanics of emotions and what happens when we do judge.
‘Good’ judgment = positive emotion
‘Bad’ judgment = negative emotion
No judgment (the true You-the observer) = no emotion
Not a single one of us can possibly understand another soul’s journey. It may be of benefit to us individually and as a collective to at least contemplate the genesis of our judgments toward others. Judging another as ‘bad’ or their behavior as ‘bad’ is ALWAYS a reflection of our own self judgment. When we come to truly and completely accept ourselves, we are living in Love and absolute neutrality. All judgment of others falls away naturally since the true reason we judged another has disappeared. We will still be aware of negativity but judgment of the negativity is replaced with compassion (see Compassion) and understanding.
The phrase ‘hurt people hurt’ isn’t meant to excuse negative behavior. It is meant to help people understand that negative, unkind and violent behavior comes from internal suffering. Having compassion for human suffering that manifests as violent or criminal behavior doesn’t require us to relinquish a desire for accountability and consequences. We can have compassion for all human suffering while at the very same time be an advocate for justice.
A phenomenon that goes generally unnoticed is the fact that we don’t feel wonderful when we judge another. Does anyone feel warm, fuzzy, peaceful and loving when they judge another? No. So who actually suffers when we judge? The one judging.
From a higher perspective our collective unaware, judgmental and harmful behavior toward ourselves and each other is akin to an autoimmune disease where parts of the physical body recognize other parts of the body as not itself – foreign and harmful. The cells attack to defend themselves. We are truly all a part of the same whole, like cells in a universal body. Our lack of introspection and the belief in fear are holding this truth at bay to our conscious minds and are reasons we feel a desire to harm each other.
Compassion
Sometimes we can mistake compassion with sympathy, pity or empathy.
Empathy is when one actually feels the emotion another is feeling.
Sympathy and pity happen when one judges an undesirable experience another is having (or has had) as bad, wrong or unacceptable.
True compassion is understanding a person’s undesirable experience, has a desire to help and at the same time has no judgment towards the person’s experience. This comes from a deeper understanding of reality than the viewpoint of sympathy or pity comes from. The compassionate person understands the neutrality of life and understands each soul’s experiences are always to their benefit.
Forgiveness
The common definition of forgiveness is ‘not being upset anymore for a wrong that happened’.
True forgiveness is viewing nothing as wrong, no one is/has been wronged, it isn’t wrong that it happened nor is there any belief or sense that it shouldn’t have happened. True forgiveness is acceptance of all without judgment. This is no different than the Love state of being. Being in the constant state of Love is being in the constant state of forgiveness and is your true nature.
Fear of Negative Judgment From Others
Way way waaaaaay back there was more of a need for humans to be accepted by the tribe. What others thought of us was important for our very survival. The sense of a need for acceptance seems to be ingrained in us and this may be true, but it has been exploited. The constant barrage of advertising focusing on improving our intelligence, physical appearance, personality, interests, etc. more often than not implies the importance of how others see us, sometimes the message being only about how others see us. Think about how often in your life You have heard (on TV, movies, radio, school, in public, in your own home, etc.) ‘What will people think?’ or ‘I don’t want them to think fill in the blank’ or ‘Oh, no, now they’re going to think fill in the blank’. Now, try to be honest and ask yourself how much and how often do You fear what others think without it being related to your physical survival. For the people who don’t fear for their lives, but yet fear what others think – You’ve been indoctrinated into believing that somehow other’s negative judgments are dangerous. As children it wasn’t explained how other people’s negative thoughts about us would harm us, just that they would harm us. We bought this lie hook, line and sinker and the fear has been exacerbated into adulthood through the media and other channels. Start questioning what You are being told from society on a daily basis. Ask how will it actually harm me if people think I’m not trendy, wealthy, intelligent, educated, funny, attractive, knowledgeable in social etiquette, well traveled, etc.? Will I be ignored or laughed at by some people? Will I be gossiped about? If yes, then ask ‘And?’. And nothing. Most often nothing more will come to mind. If it does, ask again ‘And?’. Sooner or later you will be without an answer. Asking ‘And?’ and hearing crickets is wonderfully anticlimactic compared to the uncomfortable drama your mind wants to create when it’s unobserved and left to run amuck. If You don’t find relief from the fear of other’s judgments by asking ‘And?’, another way is to feel the fear deeply, as often as it comes up, without resistance. Feeling the emotion will transmute it either little by little or all in one fell swoop.
Nonserving Beliefs About Yourself
Have You ever met someone who shines so very bright? Someone who has that spark or that special something You don’t notice in most other people or yourself? What You are noticing is not what this person has, but rather what they don’t have. These people experience life without heavy weighted beliefs about themselves that aren’t serving them. This lack of nonserving beliefs is what allows their natural light to shine. Negative beliefs about ourselves not only add a feeling of weight, but they cover our internal light. The more beliefs we hold that don’t serve us, the more our light is hidden.
All beliefs are thoughts that stay with us in the background of our minds. Often as children we adopt beliefs that don’t serve us, such as unworthiness, undeserving and being insignificant or inferior. These beliefs are often unconsciously buried to avoid feeling negative emotions connected to them. Why do we avoid feeling these negative emotions? One reason may be as children we are taught negative emotions are bad or wrong or unacceptable (and even that we ourselves are bad for having them) so we learn to ignore them, believing we aren’ bad if we don’t express them . Another reason may be because we fear the discomfort of negative emotions. Buried beliefs lie quiet until something we perceive in our physical world (this includes our own thoughts) connects with the belief. The negative belief/judgment then affects the energy within the body by contracting it and a negative emotion is manifested. When this happens we are aware of the awful feeling but so often are not aware of the underlying belief/judgment causing it. We think the outside circumstance or person caused the negative emotion, which as explained earlier, is impossible. Our emotions are created solely from our own beliefs/ judgments and not from anything outside of us. Avoiding the beliefs/emotions can, and often does, cause the negative energy to get trapped within the body, undigested or untransmuted. The undigested negative energy helps feed or support the negative belief. The belief then feeds the emotion. It creates a constant loop we experience again and again and again throughout our life when not addressed.
Beliefs are magnetic to thoughts that are a vibrational match to them. Negative thoughts will be attracted very often to a person with many negative beliefs about themselves. Your mind will look for proof in the world to uphold a belief (conscious or unconscious) that doesn’t serve You and its search will always be fruitful. The mind is very clever that way and will only see what it sets out to see in order to keep the belief(s) alive. The fewer beliefs You hold that don’t serve You, the quieter your mind is and the more present You are able to stay.
Discovering a Belief That Doesn’t
Serve You
You can uncover a hidden belief that isn’t serving you by asking the question ‘What must I believe in order to feel this negative emotion?’. Continue asking the question after each answer until the final answer is one or more of the following:
I believe:
I am unlovable
I am unworthy
I have no value
I am insignificant
I am inferior
I am broken
I am intrinsically bad
I don’t matter
I don’t belong
I am being controlled/stifled
I am intrinsically wrong
I am being harmed right now (not physically)
I am weak
I am dirty/tainted/damaged
I am a throw away
I am at fault
Or something similar to these

Q WMIB to feel bad that I am different from other people?
A I believe others are unkind to me because I am different.
Q WMIB to feel bad when others are unkind?
A I believe the unkind treatment means it’s not OK to be myself
and there is something intrinsically wrong with me. This
happens from equating different with wrong.
Q WMIB to feel bad when someone gets angry with me?
A I believe if someone gets angry with me it means I am the cause of
their anger.
Q WMIB to feel bad about causing someone’s anger?
A I believe if I’ve caused someone’s anger they think I have done
something wrong.
Q WMIB to feel awful if someone thinks I’ve done something
wrong?
A I believe if someone thinks I’ve done something wrong that I am
intrinsically wrong. This happens from believing other’s beliefs
about me and treatment toward me as a measure of my own
correctness or incorrectness.
Q WMIB to feel angry when I see someone negatively judging
another?
A I feel angry because I believe negative judgment is bad.
Q WMIB to think judgment is bad?
A I believe negative judgment can harm me and others. Fear of being
(emotionally) harmed. This happens from equating
negative judgment/thoughts with harm.
If You have a consistent contraction (a negative emotion) around a particular theme in your life (i.e. when someone says something specific and You become upset every time), it is certain You hold a belief that isn’t serving you. Again, this is not advice as to whether You should or shouldn’t judge others or yourself. This information is to show you the value of your uncomfortable emotions and to expose the power of our mind and how judgment affects the body. We will always have the free will to judge. With a better understanding that our judgment is what causes our emotional discomfort, we may decide to use our free will not to judge.
You Are Not A Program
Power, joy, love, peace, significance, confidence, worthiness, value, enough – these are all things you are. They are not programs or beliefs you must hold in order to experience them.
Powerless, unloveable, unworthy, underserving, insignificant, inferior, not enough – these are the programs.
When you remove the beliefs/programs in who You are not you will expose and experience who You truly are.
We do not need to reprogram our minds in order to experience our worthiness, power, peace and significance. Programs are what causes issues in the first place. A program is something that can be added or taken away, installed or broken down, created or destroyed. The true You cannot be added to nor can anything be taken away from the true You.
When relying on beliefs from the mind to feel worthy, lovable,, etc., we must put in effort to maintain them. There will be people and events that will contradict our positive belief. Repetitive affirmations and an automatic, conscious and unconscious, searching outside of us for confirmation is necessary to maintain these beliefs, especially when they are challenged. If negative beliefs can be uninstalled, so can positive ones. That’s the uncertain and flimsy nature of all beliefs.
Why install beliefs in worthiness, powerfulness and confidence when You are already that? Look at beliefs like wigs. Let’s say You are a natural redhead and You have a brunette wig on covering up the natural red hair. You say You want red hair so You remove the brunette haired wig and replace it with a red haired wig while all along your natural red hair is there waiting to be exposed. No wig necessary.
Infants have no sense of believing in their worthiness or unworthiness, their significance or insignificance or their correctness or incorrectness. They experience themselves without programming.
What would happen if instead of trying to replace one set of beliefs with another (reprogramming), we just dropped the beliefs that are not serving us? What if we made no effort to add another program to replace the old – just drop the negative programming altogether? What would happen is we would simply experience our true selves as an infant does, from our heartspace. When we experience ourselves from the heartspace there is no effort required. It is so simple and lovely. We just are.
The Light Of Your Conscious Awareness Will Transmute Beliefs That Don’t Serve You
We are encouraged to say affirmations over and over in an attempt to believe something about ourselves that we don’t currently believe. Speaking affirmations with no other practice can take much time, repetition and effort to see minor and often temporary results.
The reason You don’t believe, or more accurately, cannot sense yourself as worthy, confident, peaceful, of value – and all the other aspects that are part of your very being – is because these aspects of You are being covered up by beliefs that aren’t serving you. These beliefs are something akin to a wet wool blanket. For example, the sense of yourself as ‘WORTHINESS ITSELF’ is being covered up with a wet blanket belief labeled ‘Unworthy’ that feels unworthy. This wet blanket is just energy – that’s all. Every belief You hold about yourself that doesn’t serve you is a ‘wet blanket’ of energy covering up and smothering the truth and that’s why You can’t sense WHO YOU REALLY ARE.
While the discomfort of negative emotions is fairly obvious, unserving beliefs are less so. They are experts at hiding, leaving us often unaware of how burdensome and uncomfortable they are. Negative emotions are sacred gifts, making themselves known in order to help us become aware of unserving hidden beliefs we hold. Every time You feel a negative emotion You are being given the opportunity to pay attention, go within and discover the unserving belief it is pointing to. The belief will weaken just by acknowledging it. Sometimes the belief can be released completely by simply acknowledging it. Sometimes it will only be released/transmuted by FEELING it deeply. A negative emotion towards someone shows You where your work is, not theirs. When we become aware of anything that is not serving us (by the discomfort we feel) and we allow ourselves to feel the feeling attached to the belief, the energy will not be destroyed but will digest and transmute to neutrality within our energetic field.
Consciousness (You) transmutes the belief and emotion by awareness and complete acceptance (neutrality, love) toward it. All beliefs and emotions are energy and all energies are equal. This means the energy of happiness is no more worthy to be acknowledged and felt than the energy of anger. Treat all emotions as newborn babies – with nothing but love and acceptance. They all require your acknowledgement and acceptance in order to be digested and transmuted. When we feel the emotion of excitement most of us allow it to run through the body without resisting it – and what happens? It goes away after a bit because it’s been digested. When a negative emotion lingers it’s because we judge and resist feeling it. When an emotion such as anger is felt without resistance it generally last no longer than 15 seconds.
It’s not uncommon for people to assume that the way they have been feeling most of their life is just how it feels to be human until they start releasing their hidden unserving beliefs. When negative energies are allowed to be deeply felt and transmuted, You will go through life feeling lighter than you ever remember feeling and be much more at peace. This doesn’t mean there won’t be things You don’t prefer or that You won’t be aware of negativity. It means You won’t have a negative emotional reaction as often to people and events because the judgment is no longer there. As the beliefs transmute, your mind becomes quiet and You are able to stay in the present moment naturally, without effort. This is where You are most powerful.
A lack of negative emotion does not cause apathy toward changing negative things in the world. You will realize that firm stances and great changes can be made without judging how things are Now and without negative emotions involved.
Process To Transmute
Negative Emotions and Untrue Beliefs
Once You have distilled the emotion down to find the core unserving belief, You will notice a feeling connected to the belief which will usually be different than the initial feeling. For example: The initial emotion/feeling is jealousy and the questions are posed to find the cause of the jealousy. Let’s say inferiority is discovered as the unserving belief causing jealousy. The feeling of inferiority is different than the initial feeling of jealousy. Inferiority is where the focus must go for healing.
- When You notice the feeling/emotion connected to the unserving belief, bring your awareness into your body. RELAX the body.
- Try to locate and focus on the feeling in your body. Stay RELAXED. You may or may not sense a particular location in the body that You feel it most. If You don’t sense it strongly or at all in an area of your body that is fine.
- COMPLETELY DROP THE STORY FROM YOUR MIND
No: who, what, where, when, why or how. The mind must be quiet. This tends to be the step that trips people up a bit. It takes practice sometimes.
- FEEL
Feel the feeling from head to toe, with every cell of your body, without judgment or resistance. Allow the feeling to run through your body with abandon, all while the mind is quiet. Stay RELAXED and surrender yourself to the feeling. The feeling is just an energy – it can’t harm You.
- Allow the energy to run its course, all while the mind stays quiet, with no judgment. You will know when the energy has run its course because You will simply feel better.
This exercise is most effective when done when the feeling arises organically. It may not be easy or possible for many to do the exercise when the negative feeling arises, for example, in front of others. What instead can be done is a mini exercise which entails acknowledging and allowing the initial negative emotion to be deeply felt without judgment, letting it transmute easily and quickly. This mini exercise will not get to the root belief of what caused it, but you will at least feel relief in the moment. As time goes on and You continually do the full exercise You will notice when a negative emotion starts it will be less intense and last a shorter amount of time. You will also notice the unserving belief attached to the negative emotion getting weaker and weaker. Eventually the trigger will be gone because the unserving belief will have transmuted. The wet blanket of energy (unserving belief) is removed and EXPOSES WHAT’S BEEN THERE ALL
ALONG.
Intentional Manifesting
We often think our outer world is showing us who we are or should be and how we should feel about ourselves. This is not how the universe works. What this reality actually is is a mirror, a reflection, showing You who You have been believing You and others are and what You have been feeling about yourself and the outer world. How you perceive and feel about yourself and your outer world determines your outer experience. Another way to say it is You are the powerhouse that creates your experience according to your beliefs, feelings and actions. Thought is energy. Where your thoughts go, energy flows. Where energy flows, creation happens.
Intentionally manifesting an incredible life for yourself requires You to not hold beliefs about yourself that are disempowering as well as visualizing what You want and feeling the truth of it within You. You can visualize to your hearts content, but if you have countering beliefs such as ‘I’m not worthy to have this’ or ‘I’m not intelligent or experienced enough to do this’, then your intentional manifestation will be slow in coming or not at all because you will not be able to fully feel the truth of it within you. Unserving beliefs are very powerful and merely visualizing is not enough to overpower them.
Belief/thought and visualizing what You want put imprints on the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind uses these imprints, coupled with your feelings, words and deeds to send energetic signals out into the universal field (the higher part of You). The field/You reads these signals and immediately begins the process of crystallizing the energy signals into a physical manifestation. The field/You brings You what You believe, what You think of most often, what You feel most strongly and what You follow up with aligned action.
Belief/thought, feeling, words and actions are all used in manifesting. Although all are equally necessary in this 3D reality, belief/thought and feeling are a larger part of the manifesting process than words and actions. Words and actions midwives the manifestation into 3D reality, but are the lesser of the other 2, energetically speaking. When your words and actions are not in alignment to your thoughts of what You desire, this slows the manifestation process.
The universal field/You only knows how to give. It/You never stops giving. It/You reads what You focus on and then gives. This means if You constantly think and believe You are poor and cannot get out of debt, the universe/You will give You more and more debt and a whole lot of poor. If You focus on and believe in your abundance of health, lovely relationships and financial wealth, the universe/’You will bring these things by the shovelful. The universal field/You does not understand no or not. Putting your attention on a worry such as ‘I don’t want to get a pimple before the party’ will not bring you clear skin. The field/You reads only ‘pimple’ and will bring just that. Manifestations are not always a perfect reflection of what You’ve been thinking and feeling. For example, You can be generally negative for a couple of days, constantly thinking about all the things your neighbor does that You don’t like and hence feel irritation. You may end up burning the cake You bake a day or two later (or sooner!). This is an example of not tit for tat manifestation and it is not a punishment. It is simply universal law. What You put out energetically is what is mirrored back to You. The resulting emotion You may have that comes from burning the cake will be similar to the emotion You had when complaining about your neighbor. It is only a potential emotion because if You remain present and aware after You burn the cake without judging what has happened, You will not manifest an emotion. This is important because You create your future Nows from the Now. It is here, in moments where You experience something not preferred, where You can stop the trajectory of negativity and turn the tables. You have the power to create something preferred from something not preferred all by how You choose to view the present moment. That is power!
We are always manifesting every millisecond of our lives. Many humans manifest their life experiences unconsciously and unintentionally, without realizing they are the power that is creating/co-creating their whole life experience. When we create with other people, we don’t have complete and total control over what happens because we cannot control other people’s desires, beliefs, feelings, actions. We draw into our experience people and things that we match with vibrationally and then create together. If we believe we can be taken advantage of, think about it and fear it, we will most likely be a magnet for people who tend to take advantage of others. If we are constantly looking to others for assurance that we are good enough because we don’t sense it in ourselves, we will draw into our lives people who will not treat us as an equal. Every soul that is magnetically drawn to us is there to help our conscious awakening, especially the ones we feel negativity towards. Be grateful and thank them for their part in helping You become aware of the unserving beliefs You hold.
The idea of manifesting often brings to mind money or material things. There are so many lovely things to manifest other than, or in addition to, money that connect us so very deeply to life. We can manifest for ourselves things like an abundance of health, patience, memory, ability to absorb information, ideas, delicious food, friends, humor, exhilarating experiences, restful sleep, insightful dreams, opportunities to help people, help from others, and the list goes on.
Your Unique Vibrational Signature
How is it that we all have unique desires to manifest? Why is it that one person desires to become a doctor and another desires to be with animals and yet another has a desire to be a socialite? Your higher self/the universe creates through You. Universal intelligence/You uses your body and mind to create uniquely by planting desires within your energetic body. Before incarnating, your soul frequency was imprinted with particular themes to explore and these themes have a high probability of coming to fruition. This imprinting creates your vibrational signature. The imprinted themes feel desirable and exciting within your body when You think of them without the distortion that fear creates. If You don’t allow egoic fears, beliefs and judgments to stop You from following these desires, the universe/You will play You like a fiddle and bring You a life far greater than You could have ever imagined using your limited human mind. You may also have imprinted themes that are undesirable and seem bad, but please remember this is the egoic aspect of You that has judgements. You, the soul consciousness, have no judgments and observe everything as a neutral experience only.
Sometimes You may think You desire something but it is actually coming from your mind and You are wanting it in an attempt to feel safe or feel better about yourself. These are egoic desires and are born from fear. Heart desires come from your vibrational signature, your imprinting, and You will never have a true heart desire unless it is part of your vibrational imprint. This means everything You truly desire is meant for You and there is a higher probability that these desires will come to fruition if You allow them to. The stronger the heart’s desire, the higher the potential exists for it to come into your experience if allowed. When You have a desire from your heart versus your mind You will know the difference – there is joy and bliss in the body when it is from the heart. You won’t feel that same blissful energy in the body when it is a desire from the mind based in fear. It is possible for a heart’s desire and an egoic desire to be the same desire. For example, a person may have a true heart’s desire for a big house on a hill. They absolutely love how it looks (heart) and they believe they are now good enough and have proved that they’ve ‘made it’ since purchasing the home (ego).
Now
The suggestion to accept the present Now as it is can sometimes be understood to mean ‘Just give up desiring anything to change because this is the way it is and it will never change’. There is another way to look at this suggestion. There is only Now, we are always in it and time isn’t involved. The Now is one infinite moment. Now does not include a day from now or an hour, minute, second, millisecond or quarter of a millisecond from Now. These are all concepts of the future, which only exist in the mind and not in reality. As we become aware of the present Now, it is already passing and therefore, we cannot change it. We can change the probabilities of future Nows, but not Now. Sometimes when we’re in the thick of something uncomfortable we don’t think there’s an option to accept it as it is Now. When we take a step back, zoom out a bit, we come from a higher perspective and realize we have a choice – we can decide to either accept the Now as it is without judgment or to not accept the Now as it is. When we take another step back, zoom out more, we see from an even higher perspective the truth that everything really is as it is (is it not?) and the choice to not accept the Now as it is makes no sense and is even a funny nonsensical concept. When we remain surrendered and accepting of the Now without judgment, we are in a perpetual state of Love, our true state of being.
Collective Intentional Manifesting
The same universal laws that apply to each one of us in manifesting our personal life experiences also apply to our collective global experiences.
Individuals as well as groups contribute to our world experience.
As a collective, we can be aware of what is in the world now, while at the same time pay attention to what we want to see in the world. Our human logic tells us to talk and talk about the awfulness of what is in order to spread awareness. Spreading awareness is a very beneficial step toward change only when infused with the intention to seek a solution. From a collective standpoint, we don’t always realize the field/Us is reading our constant focused beliefs/thoughts, feelings and words of what is and then cementing more of what is into our future Nows. Well meaning groups and organizations focusing on fighting, ending, preventing what they don’t want to experience in the world are unconsciously contributing to the continuation of that very thing by their focus on what they don’t want. This isn’t about burying our heads in the sand or stopping dissemination of information. Awareness of our reality Now is not the issue. Focusing more energy on ‘what is’ than on what we want is the issue.
A phenomenon people may not be aware of is that our personal beliefs, thoughts, feelings, words and actions are not only manifesting our personal life experiences but are also contributing to the collective experience. Groups and organizations collectively changing their focus to what is wanted is helpful but change will happen faster when individuals who are not part of an organized group also change their focus on the state of the world. If You want to see peace in the world, think, feel and talk about peace more often than the atrocities of war. If You want to see everyone living in a home then focus on homes for all more than ending homelessness. After learning of a horrific event in the world, instead of repeating and repeating the event to family and friends with no intention beyond fear mongering or gossipy entertainment, try asking yourself ‘Is there anything I can do to help?’. Become quiet, still and listen. Wait for an answer. One (or many) will come. This is a beautiful practice for allowing our higher self guidance to create what we want to see in the world.
If we want big changes, remember the universe/Us is a reflection of the energies we are putting out. ‘Fighting against’ thought energy will always be met with the same resistant energy and result in either no change or only temporary change. What we are creating when we come from a ‘fight against’ perspective is a continual experience of ‘fighting against’ the very thing we don’t want. What we don’t want will always exist when we make it part of the equation because the universe is a mirror. Even the term ‘peaceful protest’ puts energy towards what we don’t want, thereby creating more of the same. ‘Working towards’ energy is open, expanding, cooperative and met with the same flowing energy. Change the thought energy of a ‘peaceful protest’ to a ‘peaceful or supportive rally’ or a ‘walk in support of’ for a more positive desired result. When we, in groups and individually, focus on and work toward oneness instead fighting against racism; toward freedom instead of against oppression; toward a peaceful world instead of against war; toward kindness instead of against bullying; toward health instead of preventing disease; toward financial abundance for all instead of ending poverty – that is when we will manifest true positive and permanent change globally.

More Collective Intentional Manifesting
Continuing with the idea of manifesting on a large scale, we can see how, in the commercial industry, focusing on what isn’t wanted helps us manifest what we don’t want in our personal lives. It initially helps the commercial business, but can hinder their success as well.
Dandruff shampoo, wrinkle serum, lotion for dry skin, anti-cavity toothpaste, medicine for pain, acne cream – these are examples of focusing on what is not wanted. When we search for products to use at home, why are we focusing on what we don’t want? That dandruff shampoo in your shower is reminding You that You have dandruff or that dandruff is a thing to keep at bay. Wouldn’t you rather have a reality where dandruff doesn’t exist for you? A clean and healthy scalp shampoo is what to focus on if that’s what you want. Anti-cavity toothpaste puts the focus on cavities and this is one of many reasons cavities continue to exist – because we think about them! The commercial industry helps keep the reality of dandruff, wrinkles, dry skin and acne alive by offering products to stop them. As long as the things we don’t want are part of the equation, they will remain in the zeitgeist and we will continue to experience them.
When Will It Happen?
This 3D reality, does not always offer instant intentional manifestation. Speed of manifestation depends on how close You are vibrationally (a vibrational match) to what You want. The higher You vibrate, the closer a match You are to your desires. There are a number of factors that can raise or lower your vibration.
Neutrality towards what You want to intentionally manifest helps raise your vibration. When You are extremely excited about what You want, the energy You are putting out is something like ‘this is too good to be true’, ‘I can’t believe it’ or ‘it’s too much good for me to handle’ – these are lower vibrational energies. The universe/You reads these energies and reflects back to You that it’s too good to be true by making it not true and not delivering. Feeling love, bliss, peace and a bit chill (all high vibrational energies) without over excitement toward what You are desiring to manifest births it in faster. Nervous needy energy sends out the message ‘I need it (meaning I don’t have it)’. The universe/You reflects back ‘I don’t have it’ by not crystallizing it into 3D reality.
Feeling good raises your vibration. Do things that interest and excite You, such as hobbies. Spend time with people You enjoy spending time with as often as possible. Meditation of any sort quiets the mind and helps you feel good. A quiet mind raises your vibration because it isn’t giving energy to negative thoughts which bring you down. Put aside time to daydream about what You want if You feel good when doing it. If there is a negative feeling when You start to daydream it’s most likely from a belief that You can’t have what You desire. If this happens it’s beneficial to not daydream until that belief is transmuted. There may be times when You feel negative and want to talk to someone. Talking to someone about how You feel can either raise or lower your vibration and it all depends on your intention. If You look for someone to commiserate with You, what actually happens is on the surface it seems You feel better, but looking deeper inside You will see You still feel that negativity and You will continue with a lower vibration. If You seek out someone to help You understand things from a higher perspective, You will be raising your vibration even if they cannot offer a higher perspective. Your very intention of sincerely seeking a higher perspective will raise your vibration!
Holding beliefs and judgments about yourself that aren’t serving You, such as ‘I am unworthy to have this’, lowers your vibration and sends out the message You are unworthy of the things You desire. Judging yourself as intrinsically bad tells the universe/You that You are too bad to receive the manifestation. Releasing who you are not and exposing who You truly are raises your vibration.
You may believe You’re ready for the manifestation to appear but the universe/You may beg to differ. There may be more realizations and experiences You require, but are unaware of, in order to raise your vibration enough to become a match for your desire.
Staying present will speed up your manifestation. When You are solidly present is when You are not in your mind, not regretting the past or fearing the future (regret and fear are of a low vibration). Even if You are constantly in your mind thinking happy thoughts of what You do want in the future, You are not present. This weakens your power/You because You are dispersing yourself into the future. You can intentionally manifest faster when present because presence is where your power is centered, concentrated, compact and very magnetic to the crystallizing energies of the universe/You.
Intentional manifesting from your heart’s desire happens faster than from egoic desires which are all based in fear. Fear lowers your vibration.
Feeling and knowing it has already happened even before You see the physical manifestation, raises your vibration to match what You want quickly. Making choices in your day to day life that are in alignment with the feeling/knowing it has already happened will speed up manifestation. If You know your perfect romantic partner has come into your life (even when You haven’t met them yet), You will not be complaining to your bestie about how it’s so hard to meet people to date. Knowing the cut on your finger is healed would mean going through your days with peace instead of fretting and searching the internet for signs of gangrene. Knowing You are (not will be) making double your salary Now would mean You buy the pricier organic fruit that You always wanted but never bought before because You were waiting for the promotion and to see the pay raise first.
Letting go of the old is a magical step that makes space for the manifestation to come to fruition faster. Take stock of things that actually feel like You are clinging to them. You’ll know by how it feels if it is something that needs to be let go of. You might feel a heavy or tiredness when You think of it. You may notice a scary, desperate feeling when you think of letting it go. Once You decide to let go, there will be a sense of relief.
Be of service and the universe/You will respond because when You serve others, You literally serve yourself since we are all one. The universal/You mirror reflects back your service and serves You. Coming from a perspective of ‘How can I be of service?’ and then being of service will speed manifestation when it comes sincerely from the heart. Search for and You will find your infinite internal well of love waiting to be shared. You can offer humor, laughter, smiles, kindness, patience, understanding, attention, advice, presence, time, knowledge, support, camaraderie – these are all in-service to humanity. When these services come from the heart, the universe/You responds because, again, You serve yourself when You serve others. (See Service to Others)
Surrender to yourself. You are the universe, the universe is You. You are the power. Be it!
Service To Others
Aside from speeding up your intentional manifestations, being in kind service to others causes a beautiful ripple effect on the planet. Try to be of service and give from the heart in every interaction You have. When You sweep the floor, do it in service to yourself and others so You may all have a clean floor to walk on. Every time You pay for something, be grateful not only that You have the money to buy the item but also that You are able to serve the business owner and their employees through your purchase. Offer a ‘hello’ as You pass a stranger on the sidewalk. Compliment someone when You notice something You like about them. Allow someone to go ahead of You in traffic. Ask ‘can I help?’ if You sense someone in need even when they are exhibiting negativity. When You remain aware, and act from that awareness, that a person’s negativity is an expression of internal suffering You are offering a great service to all. It helps them feel accepted and loved, regardless of their negativity. This spills over into their own awareness of how they treat others who are in a negative space. When people see compassion toward a person expressing unkindness, for example, they are shown another way, a higher vibrational way. They sense it on a deep level although they may not be aware of it on a conscious level. The world benefits from higher vibrational awareness because higher, more expanded awareness acts as a tuning fork. When another feels your loving warmth, they naturally in turn extend it to the people around them. On and on it goes, much like how a drop of water causes ripples in a vast body of water.
Formula For Intentional Manifesting
(How To Pray Effectively)
Visualize
Right before falling asleep, when You are feeling drowsy, visualize what You want for about 10 minutes, from the first person point of view if You can, along with as much sensory input as You are able to add (smells, physical touch, temperature, movement, taste, sounds) along with peaceful, blissful feelings. A very important key to manifesting is the feeling that it has already happened. Saying ‘Thank You’ when You finish your visualization helps ‘cement in’ the knowing with gratitude that it has been fulfilled. Also, continuous gratitude in everything You have Now, before your intentional manifestation appears, is a very very powerful manifesting practice. Do this visualization two or three nights in a row, then no more. Stay as present as possible after that. You’ve imprinted the subconscious already, there’s no need for more visualizing. Staying present after that ensures You are in your most powerful state for manifesting what You want.
Be It
*Start living and feeling as though You have already received what You desire – as long as it feels good to You to do so. For example, if You wanted to manifest the perfect house for You and your family, what type of conversations would You have? Start talking (even if it’s privately to yourself) about new routes to work or about how You’d like to get to know your new neighbors as if You have moved into your new home already. Talk about paint or carpet colors or about where the dishes will go in the cupboards as if You have the house already. Start researching where to buy the flowers to plant in the front or back yard. Make a list of places You will have to contact to change your address. How would You feel when you get the new house? Do things that will help You connect with that feeling. If You know You’ll feel peaceful and relaxed in your new home, do things Now that You feel peaceful and relaxed doing. If You know You’re going to have fun and laugh a lot in your new home, do things Now that you think are fun and cause You to laugh. Match the feeling! Living from the perspective of what You want to manifest and feeling as though it’s happened versus only thinking about what You want to manifest helps You to believe that it has already happened. More importantly, heart energies (feelings) are stronger signals sent out into the universal field than thought signals.
Act On Your Joy, Excitement and Interests
Do what feels fun, exciting and/or interesting. Your higher mind sees far and wide from the mountaintop and has all the information needed to guide You toward your desired manifestation. Your physical mind is down in the valley and doesn’t have the high viewpoint the higher mind has. The physical mind and body are designed to interpret guidance from the higher mind. It receives messages by way of thoughts and ideas. If the thoughts and ideas feel exciting or interesting to you, then you know this is guidance from your higher mind. You may feel excitement about something that doesn’t seem logical or in alignment with what you want to intentionally manifest. What your limited physical mind might deem as logical may not at all be the correct or fastest path for you to follow in order for your manifestation to come to fruition. Follow the excitement regardless of the seemingly senselessness of it. One caveat: be sure that what you are desiring is a true heart’s desire and not an egoic desire trying to cover up fear. An example of this would be: You feel excitement about helping your neighbor move. You have a hidden belief that helping your neighbors makes You a better person and a fear that not helping your neighbors makes you not such a great person. Your excitement to help your neighbor is the ego’s way to appease its fear and prove You are a great person. Maybe deep down you don’t enjoy helping your neighbors. Maybe you enjoy serving in another way that You’re not aware of or are deeming not good enough. On the other hand you may very well truly enjoy helping your neighbors and at the same time are appeasing an egoic fear that You are not a great person if you don’t help. This is for You to uncover.
Starting right NOW, from everything available for You to do, pick the thing that brings you joy, passion, excitement. Make sure it’s coming from your heart and not your mind. This means down to the smallest detail. If You are slightly uncomfortable in your sitting or standing position while You are reading this guide, change positions to make yourself more comfortable. If You feel You want to do something other than read this guide, do it! If You feel You want to call someone, call them before your mind gets involved telling You not to call. If You feel You want to take a nap, and You are able to, take a nap before your mind gets involved telling You why You shouldn’t. If You want to go somewhere in particular, You feel it deep in your bones, and You are able to go, go there before your mind tells You why You can’t. If You want to buy something that causes your heart to sing, and You have the money, buy it before your mind tells You to wait. If You don’t feel anything is exciting, then do the thing that feels the least awful to do.
Doing these things keeps your energetic vibration high, making You more and more a vibrational match to the things You want. The common denominator is love, joy, bliss and excitement. If You vibrate love and joy constantly (or as often as You can), the universe/You matches that frequency and brings You more and more things for You to feel love and joy about – including what You want to intentionally manifest. The only time to not act on your greatest joy and excitement is if You know You will negatively judge the action and feel fear. If this is the case, follow the next best thing that You feel joyous about and what You know You won’t negatively judge. Try not to let a little fear stand in your way. You may initially feel a small amount of fear when following your excitement, but this is often temporary and will transmute within the pleasure of doing it.
Continue to do the thing You have chosen to do until the energy is spent. Something else will take its place which feels more exciting – do that. If nothing exciting comes into your awareness immediately, choose the thing that feels the least awful. Sometimes that is just doing nothing.
If nothing feels exciting or interesting then flip it and do the thing that feels the least icky.
Have No Insistence On The Outcome Of Your Actions
Enjoy the journey. Whatever You do to follow your excitement, have no insistence on the outcome. For example: You have a desire to paint a picture for a friend’s birthday. You enjoy painting the picture and it turns out not how You wanted it to turn out. If You feel bad about that, You’ve placed an insistence on the outcome. If You mentally allow it to be as it is without feeling negatively about the end result, then You haven’t insisted on any particular outcome. You have followed your excitement in the journey alone.
Transmute Unserving Beliefs
Continue to weed out the ‘mind-garden’ of unserving beliefs.
When You follow your excitement as often as possible, You are strengthening your communication with your higher mind and You are then given even more direction in the forms of intuition, dreams and synchronicities. Staying ‘in your body’ and not ‘in your mind’ will ensure You notice the (sometimes) subtle guidance being given. You may notice an inkling first, which solidifies to a knowing and often is followed by thoughts and ideas that support the knowing. Knowing and believing are very different. Believing is in the mind and is weaker, lighter and easily destroyed if not vigilant about maintaining the belief. It takes work to maintain a belief. Faith and trust feel a bit heftier, almost as if they are halfway between belief and knowing. Knowing is a vibration in the body and is without doubt, feels solid, unshakeable and is without effort. When You go to bed at night, You don’t have the belief or have trust/faith that your head will be attached to your neck in the morning. You know this as truth. Take note of how this knowingness (about always having your head attached) feels in the body. When You sense that vibrational knowing in regards to your intentional manifestation, it will come faster.
You will sense your manifestation is getting closer when, besides the sense of knowing you already have it, there will be more and more thoughts ‘pop’ into your head supporting what you want to intentionally manifest. You will also start seeing evidence of it in the world around You. If, for example, You want to manifest the perfect job in sales. You may overhear a conversation with helpful information on a new sales position open at such and such company. You may happen to notice a magazine article the person sitting next to You is reading and it’s about the best sales jobs in the country. Someone may drop a book in front of You at the library or bookstore and it’s all about honing the skills a person needs for a job in sales.
When You drop away/release/transmute all the beliefs that don’t serve you (See Process To Transmute Negative Emotions/Beliefs), what is meant for you to experience in this life will effortlessly find it’s way to You.
5 Laws of Creation
- You exist
- Everything is here and NOW
- The ONE is the All and the All is the ONE
- What You put out energetically is what You get back
- Everything changes except these 5 laws
Universal Laws
Law of Divine Oneness
The One is the All and the All is the One
There is only the One and we are all versions of the One
This is why we are told ‘Do unto others as You would have them do
unto You’ – because they ARE You
Law of Vibration
Everything in the universe vibrates at a specific frequency
Every human has a signature vibrational frequency
Law of Correspondence
The patterns of the universe (macro) reflect in our personal lives
(micro)
As above, so below. As within, so without.
Our mind (above) is reflected in our bodies (below). Our thoughts,
beliefs and emotions (within) are reflected in our outer experience
(without). Our external reality is a reflection of our internal beliefs
and feelings
Law of Cause and Effect
For every effect there is a cause, and for every cause there is an
effect. The actions we take now have an effect on our future Now
Law of Compensation
The energy You put into the universe will return. This Law
includes thought energy, emotional energy and physical
energy. All three are equally necessary, but thought and
emotional energies are stronger than physical energy.
Positive manifestations are slowed or blocked when the potential
receiver holds untrue beliefs about the self
Law of Attraction
Like attracts like – meaning vibrational frequencies are
attracted to each other
Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy
Everything changes
You can change your life by changing your projected energy
Law of Relativity
The significance of every situation is relative to what You
compare it to
The Law of Rhythm
Life has cycles and seasons
Law of Polarity/Duality
There appears to be opposites for everything in our world but they
are really only extremes of the whole, as in a sliding scale. Hot and
cold are not opposites. They are varying degrees of temperature.
Hot is less cold and cold is less hot. ‘No’ isn’t the opposite of ‘yes’
since the universe only understands yes – No is ‘less yes’ as far as
the universe is concerned
Law of Gestation
There is a set incubation period for every seed to manifest. Desires
are considered a seed
Law of Inspired Action
Actions are required to midwife a manifestation and action and
this includes thought
Action must be aligned with your thoughts and desires to manifest
as You wish them to
